Sur La Table - Zero Customer Service
This company is full of excuses, Items that are supposed to be in stock and ready to ship, not!. Had to cancel order because they could never tell me when I would get my item. Do yourself a favor and buy from a company that delivers or be prepared to wait weeks and still no delivery.

Sur La Table - Liars!!!
Despite claims on their website, returns are impossible. Trying to return a wedding gift bought from the registry that turned out to be a duplicate. No invoice in the package they sent me so can't be returned at the closest store. Customer service offered no information about how to return an item. Utterly useless.

Sur La Table - Rude store employee
I but an espresso machine. I called to tell them it’s more expensive than website they hang up on me then I called their corporate office not helpful they said we don’t price match. Big mistake to buy anything from them.
