The worst company I have had to deal with. I will never buy anything from them.

You can't even talk to someone in authority as you can't get anyone on the phone they hide.

What kind of company is this? They don't care about consumers at all.

Absolutely. After being promised return calls from unavailable management and not getting contacted I had to make numerous calls and got accused of harassment.

Their approach to service seems to be avoid contact and hope the customer will go away. And, when a customer actually gets a hold of you, don't listen bug instead interrupt the customer to repeat what you've already said.

Who have you been talking to? You seem to be trolling the reviews.

Customer service is nice to me, but I also don't treat them like they're below me.

Maybe you two should try that! Might be hard though
